different places have different laws so a good one would be tint laws. over in cali its 35% and a lot of other places do not allow it that dark, so when u go on a road trip out of state u can be booked easily.

so in conclusion, different states have different laws, some more strict then others

Just some thoughts, our warehouse is based out of California too, we are in the Bay Area and sell to retailers in CA, we have had no problems with customers getting tickets.

Our bulbs are ceramic and every bulbs is tested and adjusted on the cutoff so it won't blind the person in front of you.

You can't have any tint legally on the driver or passenger side windows in CA http://www.chp.ca.gov/html/answers.html back windows can be as dark as you want. I've had mine scrapped many a time...couple fix it's from the CHP and a few from local cops.

I wouldn't get HID's without projector housings.
