Please supply me with your Year make and model and i'll be able to search your bulb type for you and give you a link. Also, please go back to my listing https://dodgeforum.com/forum/vendor-...m-members.html

to see the color temperature that you like.

THanks~

Update:
they have an idea (more like a guess to me) of what the problem might be with the bulbs not fitting. They think it's the o-ring that seals the bulb. I'm going to try it out tonight. I don't have high hopes for it, but will let you guys know. Makes sense to eliminate the easy options first i guess, though switching o-rings on a new HID bulb (with old o-ring) I'm not supposed to touch isn't going to be easy.

GOOD NEWS! i got everything i needed today, EVERYTHING WORKS! well.... the way i hooked it up, i dont have high beams but i wont need it anyway because i got the single HID kit. i just bypassed the factory harness on the passenger side which is why. Anyway, everything works great and NO LAMP OUT! ill post pics later tonight.

EDIT: Got everything hooked up correctly, just plugged the other harness into the factory wire and now have my highs!

My thought is that the culprit is that screw they got in the bulb. That screw is holding the hidbulb/halogen bulb assembly into the black bulb housing. But i'm not taking it out and trying it unless they ask me to (will likely void my warranty). As it is I'll probably put my prints all over the bulb while removng the o-ring, so may be asking for another bulb.

I'm sure they'll figure it out. They have been very responsive, so we should have a solution soon. why are you worried about your highs? you're switching to HIDs (which are brighter than high beams) and you have hellas. You will still have your halogen high beam anyway if you ever want to use it.
