Cold air question

Default Cold air question

After installing cold air on truck, red light by temperature gauge stays on now. Any answers msg me.

Which intake? Did you unplug the neg. battery cable during the install and did you put the IAT sensor in and plug it up? Did you reconnect your oil breather hose?

well i unplugged positive side of batt. plugged sensor back up and everything else. says its a security light, how do you go about resetting that?

it should not have anything to do with the intake.... it has to do with your key... mine did this and i shut the truck off with the key in the ignition and just started it back up and it went away...

Yea that doesn't sound like the intake caused it, just a coincidence.
