I doubt you'll find anything negative about them. They are more of a Hybrid between an AT and a street tire. The 20's are XL rated and were very stiff when i was feeling them. i could almost sit with all of my weight on the LTZ's so they are fairly stiff. Main thing about 17's is sidewall flex around turns, or atleast that's what I would care about???? I think the sidewalls will be stiffer than other competitors until you get into E-load rated tires. otherwise i think the LTZ will be a better tire in the 17" as far as handling goes vs other tires out there. ANy 20" can handle good but not all17's. Also this means more rubber to the ground and better traction because of that I would presume?
I don't know how they are priced yet but I'm sure they will be cheaper than most!

$161 a tire, not too bad in my opinion. It says they're 10 ply, what's the difference between 10 ply and XL?

Thanks for the suggestions but I'm definitely going with Cooper tires. I put them on all my vehicles and never had a problem, plus there's 2 local tire shops near me that deal with Coopers. I had the Discoverer ATR's on my Dakota and I loved them, they were especially good in the snow which is important since I live in Erie. I was just wondering if anybody has tried the 17" Zeon LTZ's. On Cooper's website they show the winter rating is less than the ATR's. I just think the Zeon's look better.
Here's what the Discoverer ATR's look like:

If you do not go off road or at least not much farther than a dirt road or dry trail, then get the LTZ's. Definitely one of the more aggressive street truck tires.
Most of the guys in my "circle" are the M/T types, but I do finally know a guy with a set of 20" LTZ's on his Ford F150. Basically a back and forth to work truck here in central Florida. They are wearing well for him, and he raves they are about 400% better on pavement, in the rain, than the Goodyears he had on before...
