Ok, so i went with the 2500. Yay!!! nice truck its a 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 with the 5.7 HEMI. Looking to put on a custom exhaust system on it and i was looking at the magnaflow and flowmaster. i know there are others beside theses two brands. Does anybody have any suggestions or opinions on whats best? Any other upgrades that are "necessary"

 

Magnaflow flows better and is stainless so it won't rust. I have their system on my Ram and my Mustang.

 

i have an Aero Turbine 3030 on mine, and i love it! sounds amazing, and i get very minimal drone. for intake i went with the AirRaid M.I.T. and drop in K&N. and a Diablosport Predator for the tuner. those 3 mods together made a pretty noticeable gain in performance.

 

Put an e-cutout on your list under the systems you are considering for your exhaust. I personally love the sound of it when it is opened up and also like being able to close it up when I need to.
