Default I think its time to do some maintenance on the Dodge

I am gonna start taking better care of my 2004 Dodge 4.7L Quad cab, I looked in the Faq section and could not find anything I needed

what i want to do is:

Change Oil and filter
Change rear end fluid
Clean my K&N Air filter
Replace Spark Plugs
Also would like to flush out my Auto Tranny

Does the 4.7 have a Distributor??
Is there any other items under the Hood I can replace?

No distributor, it has coil packs. PCV valve would be a cheap investment as well.

I am going to be using the following:

Mobil Clean 5000 for the oil and filter change
probably royal purple for the rear end fluid
NGK's for the spark plugs

sound good?

Sounds good. Use the V-power copper plugs #6987
