Has anyone used the VHT window tint or night shades to smoke out their cab lights? It seems like a lot cheaper route than buying recons for it for 90 bucks...

 

i think it would look good personally for the guys that have em and you could really pull it off with your truck being black n all..... do it ... use clear coat... show us when your done....

 

my buddy did it to his old jeep came out nice make sure the extermal clean, no wax, but it really killed his lighting he had to put a pair of fog light on it.

 

hey man. if you do want the recons, dodge forum has a discount on themof i believe 15%. the code is DODGEFORUM but ive though about spraying them on my F-350, but ive seen a lot of guys actually lightly paint them black and clear them rather than nite shades and it looks great. only plus side i see to the recons is the LED lighting, which i love, but you can also buy amber LEDs for your stockers..

I think it'll come out fine, and the good thing is, even if you totally ***** 'em up, you know you can always pick up the Recons then...
