Default 36Mpg commuting with a Hemi.

Of course there's a catch.

I finally got off my fat, lazy butt and started riding my bike to work. I've ridden 8 of 12 days this month at 12 miles (round trip) each. That's 144 miles using 4 gallons of gas (about 12Mpg) which makes it 36Mpg.

On a somewhat more serious note, I can brag that I pay less for gas then co-workers that have Subarus, a Prius and even a motorocyle. Of course, they drive a lot more than I do each month (even without biking), but the actual gas cost is less for me (I didn't say I got better mileage, just paid less).

Whatever makes the pain feel less at the pump, right?

lol, I use a little motorcyle during the nice days. Not counting the gas I don't use in the truck, I get around 52mpg with less effort.

i drive my civic most days... 38 mixed driving. by the way, to the OP, you said "36Mpg commuting WITH A HEMI", meaning you commute with a hemi. Your bike doesnt count, but good try.
