Default Control arm bushings

Has anyone replaced there control arm bushings, im wondering if they need a press or if i would be able to pop them out on my own?

The upper and lower

you would need a press for that kind of job. but, you can find a brand new upper control arm with a greasable bushing already fitted for a very good price at most autoparts stores. i found some at rockauto.com. and if i recall correctly, i believe a pretty awesome forum member (not to mention good looking one) wrote up a very informative tutorial on replacing the upper control arms. it can be found in the 3rd gen ram faqs.
