Default Stiffen up rear end of my truck

I pull a very light boat and my truck settles alittle in the rear end while pulling... i have a 2002 dodge ram 1500 2wd sc sb is there any members in here with a similer truck that have tried anything, or do you know of anything out there?

I was thinking of maybe an add a leaf but i dont want it to lift the truck at all i want to maintain my height as is.

Any and all help or advise is welcome

Just say no to the AAL. I had them on my old truck and it helped alleviate the sag when loaded but when empty the rear end of the truck bounced all over the place over even the smallest bump.

I've got airbags, but only because I tow heavy trailers. A light boat isn't a big deal, but airbags you can lett all but 5psi out when not using them and it's a stock ride and ride height.
Took an hour for install. I don't have any fancy compressors, I just use the one port mounted to my trailer hitch and fill it when I'm home planning on towing. It's not a big deal really. i saved $200 that way and didn't have to worry about wiring anything up!

like others said go with airbags if it bothers you that much. I have them and I love them. I have Firestone Ride-Rites. They are like these except a bit wider.

I have a 2wd reg. cab and i only tow a small wakeboard boat nothing crazy just wish truck sat level without sag.

The airbags are alittle over kill for my type of towing, i was thinking more along the lines of rear spring upgrades or something along those lines.

just wanting to see all the options before i make a move on something, so i appreciate the bag option just alittle out of my range if i towed heavier and farther i would go that route.

Is there anyone out there that has a similer truck with this type of mod?
