2004 slt sport front bumper

I am looking for a new truck and I ran across a ram online. My question is, is the front bumper plastic or is it actually steel? I wont buy a truck without steel bumpers. thx

that front bumper is plastic with steel reinforcements behind it. esp. under the black step that is below the grille.

the truck is in nebraksa where i live but i am in iraq right now lol and coming home on r & r in september, but thx for the offer
