Just in Case you were unclear on options Dodge makes a quad cab and an even bigger Mega cab,I have a quad cab and it will seat normal average adults comfortably in the back,if you are hauling NFL linebackers around get the Mega Cab!

 

The MegaCab is huge compared to the other brands. So large that the 1500 is actually on a 2500 chassis.

 

07 and 08 had the quad cab, unless its the megacab found on specific models. the quad cab has plenty of room for adults back there. we do it all the time in m truck going to the lake.

 

If you have two in car seats, try mounting them before you buy. I'm going to trade for an 09+ Crew before I have any car seats since it gets quite crowded with rear facing child seats.
