Default Removing rear bumper??

Im getting my bumpers powdercoated black and I need help with taking the rear bumper off. I already removed the front bumper. To remove the rear bumper, do I just remove the bolts, or is there more than that. By looking at it, it looks like the oem tow package might be bolted with it, or on it?? Any help would be appreciated.

its just 8 bolts. 3 on each side. and 2 where the back liscence plate goes. it doesnt bolt to the hitch at all. it took me like 10 minutes. its really easy. I had one of the clip nuts break, so I had to cut it off with a grinder.. I was pissed.

Uhhh, my bumper was 100% attached to my tow package. Whole thing came out in one piece. In fact the bumper and hitch are sitting in my barn still attached because i was to lazy to unbolt them.

Damit. Today i went out to remove my back bumper and one of my clip nuts also broke. That bolt was the only thing standing in my way of removing the bumper. I dont have a grinder so i spent like almost 2 hrs. trying to chisel the bolt and the bolt head off. No luck. Anyone have any ideas?

a grinder or a torch is your best option.. lol its tight as **** in there.

you can buy grinders pretty cheap. I would invest in one

I am replacing the rusted back bumper and everything is perfect except I cannot find a support to replace the rusted one out. I live by the ocean and work at the airport at the ocean. Salt. I have salvaged all my bolts and brackets but i need the main support.

Any ideas where I can get a hold of one?

Thanks.
