i will try that and see if it goes away, but don't want to strain them to much. thinking it may be the rear end too.

Default Lower help .....

Ok ... Lost and very confused..... I have read about lower lits, flip kits, 1.5 in rear lowering, 2 in lowering..... Some do some don't. fit no fit..

Ok hereis the question. I bought a 2002 1500 ram for my daughter. Seh wants it to be level. SHe measures from front to rear - total 2 in difference. She would ONLY like to lower the rear. Bell tech, Ground force and several other offer shackles.
Please tell me what I need to make my little girl happy?

Use drop shackles, and if that ain't good enough as long as you haven't done a flip kit in the rear a leaf springs delete will give another inch.

I know, I know. I already been through in the other thread. Sorry, been super busy.

yes i will agree with the upper posts i have 2" drop shackles myself from djm and i also removed my overload leaf it was the bottom leaf and my truck sits about a 3/8" higher in the rear but its pretty level and i can still put stuff in the bed it so far hasnt hurt my payload but i dont put alot back there maybe a quad once in a while if i go ride by myself....mcgaughy's has the best price at moesperformance.com....good luck

Hey guys, I bought a McGaughy's 2/4.5" spindle kit for my truck used and the guy didn't have the instructions. I just called McGaughy's and they told me they wouldn't fax or e-mail me the instructions because I didn't buy them new. I know, I know, I could call next week and just lie to them, but I was wondering if anyone on here has the instructions they could e-mail me or something. I found a website that has a write-up about installing the 4/6" drop but of course the pictures won't zoom in anymore. If anyone can help me out that would be great. Thanks!

Default Level help .....

Thanks ...... It is true that the 2002 can only have a 1.5 inch drop? Is there something in the way preventing me from using the 2 inch shackles? Also, by removing the lower smallest spring, what will that do to the ride. Do I need to replace the stock shocks with lowering gas filled shocks?
Again ... thank you ...
