Default Picked up a superchips 3815 and...

I really dont feel like its doing much for my truck, i contacted Ron @ superchips and he said due to being an 03, with headers, exhaust, CAI and a 180 stat that between each one of them leaning it and richening it out, the superchips wont make a real big difference as it would on an 04 and up. I have noticed a big mpg gain though and i do like that but i'm just not sure about keeping it so i have it listed in the parts sales, if it sells it sells, if not, i'll take the mpg and be happy

if it does the trans stuff on the 03, then i'd keep it. it's the only reason i ever bought a SC. i don't even see better MPG, so you got one up on me.

Sent you a message on the for sale thread - how much are you asking for it?

yeah I just got one for my truck to a 02 4.7 and didn't really notice any difference either, it kind of pulls a little harder but not much but I did however get a lot better mpg gain.

How much more on the mpg? Does it help with the low end take off? Mine feels sluggish on take off.
