Default Which Electric brake for a trailer?

I'm going to be getting an enclosed trailer sometime by the end of the week and I'd like to know what everyone's opinion on electric brake controller's. I'm looking to get a 8.5x16 enclosed cargo trailer with a 7000 gvw. Someone mentioned a Hayes Genesis. For those that tow a load, what are your recommendations?
Thanks

IMO the Prodigy is the best brake controller on the market.

Tekonsha Prodigy P3. Got it off Ebay HERE

To me. There is nothing else. It's simply the best out on the market! For $132 to your door with OEM direct plug, you cannot go wrong. These sell for $200 locally without the harness. My Father had a Genesis or whatever it was and I got this for him and installed it for Father's day. He is just amazed on the performance compared to his other brand. it made his other brand look like a 1960's controller. No inertia detection. One set brake for city and highway.WTF is that. I mean how can you have a controller that applies 50% brakes whether your going 5mph or 50mph?????????
Get the Tekonsha P3.

if you are towing a trailer that has electric trailer brakes it will control them. meaning that when you press the brake inside the truck, it applies the trailer brakes as well. you can set it up for using different proportions, braking power, etc, etc. you only need one if the trailer you are towing has electric brakes.
