06 Ram Power windows NOT Working!
The Light-Emitting Diode (LED) in the power mirror switch is connected to
battery current through the power window circuit breaker in the TIPM on a fused ignition switch output (run-acc) circuit so that the switch directional buttons will be illuminated whenever the ignition switch is in the On or Accessory positions.
WINDOW/LOCK SWITCH
The Light-Emitting Diode (LED) illumination lamps for all of the Driver Door Module (DDM) power window, power lock, and power mirror switches receive battery current through the power window circuit breaker in the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). If all of the LED’s are inoperative in the DDM, be certain to diagnose the power
window system before replacing the switch unit. (Refer to 8 - ELECTRICAL/POWER WINDOWS - DIAGNOSIS AND TESTING). If only one LED in the DDM is inoperative, replace the faulty DDM. If the driver side front door power window operates in a normal manner, but the Auto-Down feature is inoperative, replace the faulty DDM. Refer to the appropriate wiring information.

Parts of the manual describe the circuit breaker as being in the TIPM.
Then there's this:
The power window system receives battery feed through a fuse in the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) and a circuit breaker located in the instrument panel wiring harness near the park brake pedal, only when the ignition switch is in the RUN or ACCESSORY position.
And this:
The Light-Emitting Diode (LED) illumination lamps for all of the power window and lock switch and bezel unit switch
paddles receive battery current through the power window circuit breaker in the junction block
And to further confuse the issue, although it is mentioned in all this verbage, it never appears in any of the schematic diagrams.

Dumb question, but here goes: How did you determine that there is no power at the switch? You do know that it comes from the ignition switch.
The switch has to be turned to ACC or RUN in order to get power to the door switches.
Did you use a voltmeter or a test light?
Do the LEDs in the switches light up?
Yeah 90% sure its going to be the wiring harness in your door. The panel with all the switches tends to come loose on 03-06ish Rams. Jigger the wiring harness until the windows work again. Then glue or screw the panel down or the wires will come loose again in very short order.
Thanks! This fixed my 06 Ram Power wagon 2500 in 5 minutes! Just poped up the master switch panel, clicked and checked the two connectors and wellah! Windows work again! Im waiting to see what happens before i glue anything together but this lead me right to the issue! Thanks again!

Many thanks to all who take the time to post and share.... VERY helpful!

Similar issue. Initially thought it was a fuse, but theyre all good. Then, power randomly came back and I was able to roll my windows back up and everything was working. Then it stopped again, which makes me think it may be a failing relay or switch. Any thoughts?
I had the same problem (2005 Dodge Ram 2500 Quad Cab Cummins). Driver window stuck down. All other windows were up but not working. Since I was running short on time tonight, and didn't want to start pulling off the driver's door panel, I pounded on the panel with my hand just below the electric window/door lock controls, where I thought that wiring harness would be. It works! I got my driver's window up. At least I can lock up my truck for the night and look into it more tomorrow. Thanks for the posts/suggestions.
