its so weird hearing all you guys with 02-05 rams sayin you have had no problems with parts breakin!!! i took my truck off roadin jus one time and i snapped 2 of my exhaust manifold bolts and got an exhaust leak!!! lol i got really lucky n jus snapped the head off the top of the bolt so it was easy to get the other half of the bolt out but has anyone here had this problem? n i definately wasnt beating on my truck when i went out n had my fun.

ya the few times ive taken mine out ive had no problems. sounds like you just got unlucky with the exhaust.. my only complaint is sometimes when i go over bumps i can feel like something loose in the front end. like i can feel it in the steering wheel like theres play in something down there, it almost feels like somethin bangin up against something.

the last time i went off roading, it knocked my seat loose, now when i stop or accelerate my seat slides.

Thats really dangerous you should get that fixed before you get into an accident or something.

i know, it doesnt slide that much, but it definetly needs to be fixed

How in the world do you do that? Man I have broke alot of **** over the years off road, but never manifold bolts!
Sounds like something else going on there.

Maybe an exhaust guy put his pipes on too rigidly or something?
