Default is this too much weight for the bed???

this came from a boating forum a while back that im on. no stern tiedowns and no bow safety chain haha. poor QC.

thats a double whammy. boat on the truck and then crash into a pole lol

i dont recall all the details, but if i remember correctly the boat suffered only minimal damage and was saved. im not sure, but i think the boat broke loose and pushed it thru the intersection to the pole.

I'm sure that's what he claimed happened but I don't see how it would push the truck into a pole. Looks more like he hit the pole and then the boat broke loose flying up and over the ram.

he was prob going to fast to stop at the light, then slid bc the roads were wet, into the pole and the boat broke lose

think about how fast you would have to be going to hit the pole and make the boat fly up that far. It happened to one of our neighbors when we were growing up, he went to stop at a red light and the boat came thru the back windows of the suburban. didnt hit anything though. not tied down properly, again.
