Default HID Question....yet again

Ok, so I bought the kit from the vendor off here for my '03 Ram. I get the kit all installed and low and behold....flickering, so I contact the seller and we figure out that my kit was missing the capacitor wire. Today I get around to finally attempting to reinstall the kit with the capacitor wire, get 'er all in and bam...still flickers. I'm not sure if I'm overlooking something or what, but I'm gettin agitated with having to rip the entire kit out and reinstall it. Anybody else have a problem after installing the bypass wire or what?

dude in the same boat as you. i tried wiring with the relay today and i got flickering... so i went with the old way i had it wired. which was ballast, capacitor, and factory harness. no flicker there just when is start my truck i get lamp out. but when i turn the lights on it goes away. the lights work fine just annoying seeing the lamp out on the dash. and i agree taken these headlights out is getting old...

yea no relay at all. thats what caused flickering for me. it goes ballast then capacitor wire and then the wire that goes into the factory harness. then just attach the bulb. mines works fine just get the lamp out as i already said

I went and messed with them again...tried a different ground for each bulb and what not. Turned them on and they still flickered, but when i turned them off and the truck off they were still on and flickering....I'm totally stumped
