Question 02 Ram 1500 3rd gen-AC Condenser fan-no power

OK everyone-I have searched the threads on this and no one seems to have the same problem-
AC Condenser fan motor was shot and not running. Idiot light was on. Pulled bad fan motor out yesterday and replaced it with factory replacement (thanks for the thread on taking that bugger out without disconnecting AC line, not a big project by the way).
Here's the problem-fuse #29 good , relay #59 good. Continuity tester shows power to fuse circuit and to relay circuit. Probed wire harness, no broken lines. AC compressor/clutch runs without problem, blows cold air. No power to condenser fan. Pulled fuse block and traced condenser fan line back into block. No loose connections. Tried bypassing hot wire from fuse block to fan motor (bypassing in-line plug connector)-still no power to fan. Put fuse block back, replugged in-line connection plug and had power to AC condenser fan-and ran perfect for a half hour. Shut off truck and condenser quit and won't run. I can't figure this one out. Oh, the idiot light is back on again. No, I have not run codes on it, I assume its on because the condenser fan motor aint. Any ideas?:icon_confused :

Question Update to AC Condenser motor-no power

After searching the web for many hours, I came across this Service Bulletin (attached). Anyone know if flashing the PCM will fix the problem? Any idea how much the stealership will charge for flashing the PCM? Anyone know another way around it?

Well it says 1/2 hour labor for the pcm flash so I guess that's what they would charge you. You should probably just call the dealer and explain the situation and that you found the bulletin and believe your pcm needs to be flashed and see what they say. Good luck.
