scratches on 20 inch alloys
Probably the best way to handle the scratches, regardless of how they got there would be to use a paint polish--I'de suggest something like Meguiars, but a paint shop has many such paint polishes. The clear coat on your wheels is most likely a clear urethane paint.
If you had any tire changes since you got the truck, it could be the way the mounting was done(from the front or the back) If the scratches are deep enough, it might be better to let a reputable paint shop handle it. Check your stuff you used to clean your truck with, make sure nothing is there to harm the finish on the wheels. After the scratches are buffed out, follow with some top quality wax.
Hope this helps!!!

went to an indoor wash used soap then i rinsed the wheels they were free of dirt then i bought a brand new roll soft towels it was when i was wiping them dry i noticed the circular scratches looks like it was done with steel wool and almost the same spot on 3 wheels halfway down the spoke
If its says "polished aluminum", they may not be clear coated. Call the dealer and find out. If they aren't, try some Mothers aluminum polish for them. If you have some polishing wadding around, find a not seen spot and rub with the wadding. If it turns black,
they're uncoated, if it stays clear--they're coated. Don't use the wadding on the clear coat!! it'll turn really dull if they are clear coated
