The coil spacer issue is the upper control arm hitting the top of the shock bucket - not the same issue I doubt. If you driveshaft seems 'loose', you might want to get that checked. People have lifted Rams everywhere but never heard of the driveshaft looking too short or something. Weird.

It is from the rear springs. I took some c-clamps and clamped the bottom leaf that normally doesn't touch the other leafs at both ends. Clamped them tight against the other leafs and the clunking noise stopped. Felt tighter on take off and everything. Does anyone know the proper way to fix this without the use of c-clamps? Is this the axle wrapping that causes this because of my 35" tires?

Welcome, when I did my lift and hit a small hole I would get a noise. Then I remembered I might not have tighten one of my shocks down all the way and thats what it was.
