Thumbs up -(((Painting Project Day 3 Finished!!!)))-

Wow guys i cant believe it.. i have done it.. my first serious Paint job done all by me and my buddy, With the Crazy Inferno Red Crystal pearl paint on chrome that collision shops or dealerships said it cant be done..Day 1 and 2 we sanded all the parts including chrome with 320 grit sand paper till you couldnt see your reflection, then used 4 coats of Etch Primer to make sure that there was nothing missed, then dried and let sit. woke up this morning and wet sanded all the primed parts with 1200 grit sand paper before we started to get a nice smooth surface, then mixed the paint up 1:1 ratio Color with Reducer, sprayed everything down and went over it quite a few times maybe 4 or 5 times then let dry for an hour, mixed up the Clear coat 4:1 ratio Clear and Activator, then started to go to town on everything going over maybe 5 times on everything.. waited 5 hours for everything to dry then put everything on the truck and holy crap what a difference.. I also cut the Air damn to give it that nice body kit look and it turned out great.. The only thing i couldnt do because i ran out of paint was i wanted to do Handles and mirrors like silver but that will be some other time. I will be painting my rims though prolly black. i think im gonna go Red and black instead of Red and chrome theme.. let me know what you think i will get High def Pics up this week sometime but i had just my phone and got done 2 hrs ago with no light so here ya go.. from beginning to end product. if you have any questions about the process or what i used and or how i did everything i will be happy to answer.
Here we go with the lot of pics....
