i have a 06 ram and from what i can see with out taking the wheel off to see the whole process you may have to take the rock guard off that is behind the rotor to have room for the stud to come out and the new one to go back in. most of the wheel studs i've done you just need to rotate the axle to where you have room for the stud to be driven out with a hammer. then when that is out put the new one in thread the lug nut on (make sure the stud can pass all the the through the the lug nut. like a nut and bolt) and take an impact and pull it through untill it is fullly seated. most of the time its a 20 min job, but i didn;t take my wheel off to see the full picture.
hope that helps.
