How do I do speed limiting on my Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins 24v 5.9L, 2002?
Here in Finland Dodge trucks may not go faster than 90 km/h, so I have to adjust something that prevents the truck to go faster than 90 km/h.
Any ideas?
Is it possible to make changes in the Cummins computer chip, or how does it work?

 

Get a programmer then you can adjust the speed limiter to whatever you may want....but theres no way in hell i would adjust it to limit you to 90kmh....why bother not like the cops are going to know
