Default Grinding noise after breaking

I get this grinding noise when I make a full stop and try to go, I get this grinding noise that is coming from the brakes. I changed the front rotors and Brakes yesterday... I did not touch the rear, someone told me it may be the E Brakes...

So it might be the pads in the rear... So just change those...

Try and isolate the noise by having a friend listen at the side of your truck as you pull up.
Have him rolling with you side by side is best as your duplicating a realistic road speed.
When you have isolated if the noise is coming from the front/rear, tear into the wheels tyres and brakes etc.
Are your rear rotors scored/worn?
Hope this elps?
AL.
