Default deepest muffler?

I have an 06 hemi and would like to do a custom catback system. I do not want the truck to be loud, I just want a little more sound over factory. A nice low rumble. Anybody know which muffler will give me the deepest tone? I was looking at the flowmaster 50 HD, and the magnaflow mufflers.

Get a magnaflow betwen 18-22". That will give a deep sound and not be loud inside the cab. No drone either. Click my sig link for my sound clip.

i've got a 27" (i think, trust me its long) and it was perfect when i first put it in, now its broken in and sometimes the drone kills me if i dont have the radio cranked up. I had a smaller magnaflow muffler at first but it was just too loud. I had the flowmaster 50 on my first ram and I remember it being perfect.

Mine is about 20" and it's not loud at all. I dunno what you are comparing it to?? Stock sound????..lol

a 20" magnaflow is one of the quieter mufflers yet very deep toned on the market. Most others are louder and raspy.

Had the FM 50HD on my truck at one point and did not like it. Didn't give a deep sound at all, so I don't think it is what you are looking for. If you want a deep rumble try one of the magnaflows.

yes sure stock, even other mufflers. well you got lucky with your 20, because mine is just as huge as the stock one, at first it had the perfect rumble just a little louder than stock at idle, but had a good growl when you got on it. now it just drones at 2k on the highway, its plain annoying. thats my 2 cents, ps ive been through tons of mufflers on my truck and old car.

Drone in a Magnaflow..Your crazy. Sure there's a small area around 1800-200rpms when going up a hill steadily it may have a teeny bit of MILD drone but that's it. Every other brand of muffler that i have heard Especially Flowmaster has an un godly amount of drone.
If you don't like your magnaflow because of what you call drone...You should put your stock muffler back on old man because nothing will suit your fancy.(lol)
