The DMH cutout for the 5.9 is it the same as the one for the hemis?

im pretty sure its just a weld in section thats in your exhaust path it should have nothing to do with engine size just tube size.....

Yeah I they come in 2.5 and 3" and the application for use is universal

they come in 2.25 also. Jusjay is right they are universal.
