Default 2007 Dodge 1500 Advice needed

I've done some reading and searching through these forums and found a lot of mixxed information and I'm curious as to where to start looking/buying.

In any case, I own a 2007 Ram 1500 Quad Cab, Short Wide bed 4x4 with a 4.7L V8 and a 6 speed in the floor in it. It's the sporty edition so it's got the natural 20" factory wheels. At the time I purchased it, they didn't come with a Hemi and a manual transmission. After this deployment is over with, I'm wanting to drop some decent money to increase the performance as much as I can as well as watch my MPG increase slowly.

I started a little before my deployment and did a bit of research, but I'm clueless as to where to go next. Currently I put a ram air hood on it with an intake system from air ram as well as a bed cover. I'm looking to get a rino-liner upon my return as one of my foremost things.

What I'm curious about is where should I start/mods to purchase in regards to:

~Throttle Body - I've noticed a lot of people say the 68.5mm is the way to go.
~Gear Differential
~Headers, Cats and exhaust - I'd like dual exhaust out the rear, true if ~possible
~Performance chip (if there are any out there yet)
~electric fan
~suspension - I like the way my truck natually sits with the front end lower
~some advice on a different clutch than the stock one
~some tips on tires as it seems I'm always on the road when I'm stateside and I travel through all kinds of weather conditions. I think I read in a thread that General Grabber AT2's seem to be really good for this kind of stuff
~spark plugs - I found that some people like the NGK Iridiums as they're not so dependant on changing every 30k miles or so, are they worth it?
~and any other tips/mods that might help that you guys know of. Everything is greatly appreciated.

I would say save all that money and put some modified heads/cam set-up on the engine. Don't throw money at everything under $300 because then you'll be at a gain of maybe 10rwhp at the tune of $2,000. Spend $2500 for heads and cam and you'll gain tremendous power off that 4.7L. I would get a nice catback regardless as well as a handheld tuner. Diablo Predator or SUperchips. i reccomend Diablo if you get headwork

Alrighty, but my issue is that I can't seem to find 2007 4.7L exhaust systems as I'm fairly certain I bought the last of the stock before the shift. Would the 2006 model ones work?
