If you've replaced all the door speakers, I wouldn't even bother with putting speakers int the dash. More speakers doesn't mean louder or better sound. Actually, higher frequencies like treble are terrible to be reflected off of any hard surfaces like windhsileds. The highs tend to be very harsh and directional. WHile it can be done....I don't reccomend it. This is coming from an audio freak so use this info wisely.
You would really need an sound processor/EQ to properly run all of those speakers. Also, if you have the factory head unit....Those speakers are no where near their potential. You need more power than the factory HU can provide. Adding speakers will make it worse.
If you did decidfe to wire them up, you wouldn't be able to do the middle one. You would have to run the speakers in series as Inifinity's are 2ohm so you will end up with a 4ohm load.
FYI....I've got 2 door speakers that will blow your head off. The rear speakers are barely audible and are only used for "rear-fill" which means they are not noticeable when on. That way it keeps the Soundstage up front. 2 speakers is all you really need as long as you have the power to push them and they can reproduce the soundfield without being over driven.
I don't know if I could even stand being in someone's car with 7 Infinity speakers as their Tweeters tend to be a bit harsh being Aluminum. Most all Metal tweeters are quite harsh, but are cheap to make.
sooooooo, stick withg what you got and I would upgrade your HU and get an amp to power your door speakers as it will bring them soooo much louder and cleaner sounding.

I put two Infinity Reference 3.5" speaker in my dash. Just matched the wire colors with the front doors and spliced in behind the radio. Sounds great. Did you have to butcher your doors, because the Kappa's wouldn't go into the holes on my doors because of the oversized baskets.
