Default Cold air intake noise question

So i installed one of those air intakes from ebay.ive had these before with no problems and i actually like them.after i installed it i took it for a test drive and right away i noticed the engine had a nice deep sound to it when i stepped on the gas. As my speed went from 50 to 40 to 30 then at 25 mph the intake made one quick loud air gasp sound and everytime i went fast it would always do the sound at around 25 mph. Anyone know why its doing that? Is it because i just installed it and the engine isnt use to it yet? Let me know what u think, thanks

I know its sucking in air but it always makes 1 loud air gasp at 25 mph as im coming down from a higher speed, its not the same air sucking sound it always makes.

Well what size engine are you running in that 08 and what size intake tube is on the CAI you got? Could be too small or restrictive. What kind of CAI did you get? Have you tried taking the filter off and (shortly) driving it to see if the filter is the issue or the intake itself?
