the new rig has no rear diff tags or sticker in the box. im thinkin it has 3.73's but not sure it feels like my old 4.56's to me but i would like to know whats in her. what are the options for this truck from factory on gears?? 07 ram 1500 mega cab 4x4 hemi.
i counted 14 bolts on the pumpkins. the gears may have been replaced i dunno. just wanting some help ....come on help a ol man out

It has the 10.5" rear and 9.25" front diff. The gear options are either 3.73 or 4.10. There should be a tag in the glove box showing what you have for gears and if you have limited slip.

Hey ole rh i got an idea when i had my rear tires off i found a sticker with what gears i have on my rear axle near my disks and calipers pull your wheels and maybe its there a shot in the dark but like i said idea....good luck

 

called dealer ran the vin it was a speacial order with 4:10's yeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaaa

 

nice!!! that saves a grand in mods right there!!

 

for sure... lol now i dont feel so bad gettin rid of ol red with the 4:56's
