Default Thud in Reverse

I have a 2007 4X4 QC 1500. Just recently when in reverse, if I give it some gas you can hear a thud and it almost feels as if I ran something over. Also, I have noticed a slight vibration while in drive going from a stop. I just figured it was the tires starting to break loose since it seems to always be raining here. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

U joints seem to be fine. I did notice some oil build up on the transfer case, I wiped it up and it looks to have some hairline cracks.

in the xfer case itself? usually those are casting marks that look exactly like cracks but you wiped it all clean so ull know if its leaking or not

Yes I wiped it a few days ago and the oil is slowly building up where the "cracks" are.
