Hid kit buying help.
I am looking to buy hid for my stock headlights from http://www.hidextra.com/ just like silverbullet. But i have a 2004 1500 and am not sure which kit to buy. Is it the 9007, 9006, H1, or etc. Any help will be appreciated.
9007 is the headlight no. and 9006 is for the foglights. ive heard that a bixenon kit is kinda of a waste of money cause the single is plenty of light. your choice though. also 6000k or or less is pretty much what everyone runs round these parts. the higher you go the more blue or purplish you get(ricer) also you can go lower and brighter 4000k its a yeller light but again you run into that same prob. i got 6k for my hls and about to do the same for my fogs but ima get proj for my fogs and aim them up and to the left so if i get flashed one more time i got sumthin for those sobs
theres is a coupon code. its actually on the sig of hidextra , but u can also mention your from dodge forum over the phone.
and since u have a black car, u should get 8k. it'll make your truck stand out a bunch more

make sure you tell them what truck you have so they send you the capacitors you need! Took three tries with me, but I think I may have the right ones now (same ones silver has)...in fact, I'm going to go check right now.
ya go with 6k you wont be disappointed. and yea make sure you put yr make and model in the comment section...

The 6ks are actually going to give you the best light anyways, if you actually follow research on HID's their are tests that show that because of the color output of the 6ks they actually put out more visible light than any higher or any lower, the 5k and 6k kits are the best way to go, when you get up to 8k you start losing light because of less light output, but when you go down to like 4k you end up losing light in lumens even though the actual light output is more, you cant see it. I have 6k in my headlights low and high beams on a projector dual beam, and I also have 6k in my foglights, and 6k is about to go into my backup lights also.
