Default How to remove turn signal lever

I gave it a quick look but was wanting to see if anyone knows an easy way to remove the turn signal lever and switch from the column. The switch is acting up so I need to replace it. Most of the time it works fine but sometimes the blinkers wont work even though the lever is up or down. When it does this you can tell/feel a difference in the lever, it doesnt click when pushed up or down.

fairly simple....remove the 3 screws from the column cover (lower) and then on the left side of the column there are 2 phillips head screws attaching the switch (Multifunction) to the column. Takes about 20 minutes

I need to do the same thing -- I just keep putting it off. At least it isn't much work.
