Default Superchip problems

Hey guys as some of you may know i have had some problems with my mods to my truck. Anyways the reason why i am posting is cuz today i just set my superchip to stock setting.

I ran a quarter mile at a 16.5!!!!
When i had my sc programed at 91 tune my last run before i set it to stock i ran a horrible 17.1 quarter mile on the same route that i ran it on stock.
Very mad.
And then i changed it back to 91 tune and tried it again on the same road i then ran a 16.3 1/4 mile.

What the hell. Could the problem be my super chip??

If all other things are kept the same (road, temp, amount of weight in the truck, etc...) I would have to say that it could be driver error that is causing the difference.

the 3" exhaust and phat rollers are consistant. i think teach is right; driver error. not say your a bad driver, just different reactions on different runs. run numerous times. .take an average, and a best time....

It could also be from the trucks learning curve as well. A few hard runs like that can adjust how the truck runs.

I do have one. It is a simple install, there is a set of instructions in the DIY section.
