i removed my cats and i threw a bunch of codes but i got that all fixed but now this new one popped up today. the code states that the pre o2 is slow to respond what can i do to fix it. be sides buying a new o2

Usually nothing. If you reset the code and it comes back, it is dying and needs replaced.
