and one of these for huntin' and fishin':



at about $20 for the two combined. I AM SO OUT OF TOUCH!!! ROFL...

Well, those are still useful. Just because it is a navigation radio, doesn’t mean it takes you the best way all the time. And, personally, I think it is still easier to use a road atlas to look at large areas or to plan a long trip.

LMAO... reminds me of my dad... when his friend called him and asked him how to get somewhere he replied here let me give you an address and you can punch it in on your tom tom. his friend said i cant it broke. he laughed and told her to stop and a gas station and buy a d*mn map, cus tom tom aint always gonna work for ya and your a$$ needs to learn in case you cant call me.

I still keep a road atlas in the truck. They come in handy and are good as a back up.

LMK means Let Me Know.

As for the brackets, we usually have 1/8 SS or 1/8 aluminum in the shops. Its nothing for me to break and bend it.

As for keeping it silver, you are going to have to cut it, mold and bondo it and then try to color match it with paint. I can help you with the cutting and molding of the piece but you will have to paint it.

hey weed, when you put the unit in your dash is there any supports or anything like that you have to cut where the stock radio sat, or is behind therer pretty much empty?

It empty for the most part. However, you will need to cut the top of that cavity area so the HU will slide back in a flat position and not tilted up the the ceiling. You need to (or I can send you some) make some "L" brackets (approx 7" long by 4" tall and bend about 1" of the 7" over). You need two because one will go on each side and then after you carefully line everything up and mark your holes, you drill them and mount it just like how your OEM HU was mounted.

ya im not sure if im guna do the install myself or if ima have someone do it for me... i want a super gooooooood clean job and i dont think ill b able to do it to my standards... lol hmmmm i might take u up on that offer tho weed..... i will let u know
