you guys are all freakin hilarious. I was nearly cryin by the end of this thread!!! It looks more like a 2nd Gen hood to me... the 3rd Gens apear to have a little more curve to them. Either way, I'd get it. At the very least you could def sell that to a 2nd Gen guy for some profit

 

i just talked to the guy, he's gunna take some measurements and get back to me. how much difference is there between the 2nd and 3rd gen hoods length/width wise? for instance, if the lenght is the same as mine +/- some for measurer error is it for sure a 3rd gen? or are the 2nd and 3rd gen hoods identical in length?
