by the way, where are yall getting the 2000 grit paper. i can only ever find like 180 or whatever they are.

Looks good ! Nice job!! I never cleared mine and they have held up real good. I called the tech at Niteshades and he said it was made as a stand alone paint. So IMO the clear is entirely up to you. I have never had a problem with scratching or fading. My tails have been shaded for a year and a half and I have done 6 others that have never had problems. Good job tho!

did you just use 2000 grit sand paper with some soapy water or just plain water... and did you use a polish after the final coat of clear or in between or what?
