Default Blackened my tails..

I got some VHT niteshates and tinted my tails and 3rd brakelight. It turned out pretty good other than a few specs of something and a dog hair in the paint
Hope theyre not too dark....

looks good, did you clear coat over the vht?
i put like 8 coats of clear over mine so they dont get scratched up

nope, i was thinking i should but i wasnt sure what to use... i was afraid it would cloud up and make them look like shat. plus ive heard from a lot of people that you dont need clear unless you want them shiney.
what did you use?

I would clear coat them. And get the stuff that says UV protected. I did my eyelids with clearcoat, i think it was like 7 bucks for a spray can of it, just go see what looks good and i'm sure it'll work fine but yes, they will be shiny.

I have a 1/2-3/4 can of nightshades if anyone wants it for 5 bucks lol

that looks good man... i wanna do it now.. how much is the paint normally lol and is that 5 with shipping?

paint was like $12 for a regular sized can

its like 12.00 a can at advance auto. when you clear them just wet sand 2000 grit and polish. shiney and protected.
