Default Moisture in Recon Cab Lights???

Here in south texas, we just got about a couple of inches of rain after a long drought. Anyways, i noticed moisture in a couple of the recon cab lights. Should I be worried? I thought i fixed the sealant problem by putting some 3m strip caulk on top of all the screws to keep out water due to the rubber washers cracking and falling off. Any suggestions?

I've got a good bead of silicone all around the bases of mine, plus painted the screws with clear nail polish and I'll still get a little bit of condensation in them during extreme wet and humid conditions.
I've never had a problem because of it...

Its a little late, but thanks hammer. I tried the silicone around the base as you mentioned, and i still got heavy condensation in all the lights. It looks like water is making its way in between the base and the clear plastic housing because i finally saw water beading around it and coming out of the housing. Has anyone expierenced this? What do I do?
