part of me wishes my tranny would fall out so I HAD to take a loan for a nice sheridan tranny setup. sadly that isn't the case. instead we all know 30% of our power is lost by the time it hits the wheels. other than a nice aftermarket billet torque converter, and I guess valve body, what is there to really do to lower that 30%?
That is pretty standard for any automatic to lose that kind of power. We're not really on the deep side of that scale as far as power loss. What number are you lookin to see?
drive a stick shift? lol.. unfortunately I don't think there's a lot you can do without really tearing down the tranny and going with aftermarket parts.
