Give the TB a good cleaning, that ought to fix you up.

 

Yea that's a good idea, my truck only has about 28k on it and I cleaned mine a little while ago. There wasn't much on mine though, let us know if it fixes your problem. There is a TSB stating to use brake cleaner to clean the TB for 04 ram's, not sure if this applies to 05's but here's the link to it http://dodgeram.info/tsb/2005/18-016-05.htm
