The best mpg gain will be from removing the clutch fan and putting in an e-fan.

I am told the mileage XS tune on Superchips helps. I have not tried it. Put synthetic oil (AMSOIL, Royal Purple, Mobil1) in your engine. Get a bed cover. Replace the factory Y pipe and muffler. Run a few more psi in your tires. Get a power wire. Those are the quick easy ones...in addition to a CAI.

E-fan install is pretty easy and it will give you a nice boost in MPG's. It is the single best mod I have done in terms of improvement in MPG.

I have the SC 3865 Tuner and I've ran the Mileage XS Tune for a good three weeks (approx. 4-5 tanks). My mileage was less on the Mileage XS Tune than when I ran stock or the 87 Octane Tune. It went down a good 1.5-2 mpg's. My driving didn't change any and I actually get as good or better when I run the Performance Tune too.
