exhaust decision

wyattbr, do you have your MDS enabled or disabled? Sounds like thats what you are hearing and describing.

To the OP - I am a big fan of the borla setups.

The truck is pretty much factory in the motor wise ,besides a cold air Intake from k&n . So yes im guessing that the mds is still on , do i have to buy a chip to change this setting , and what will this do to my fuel milage
???? thanks alot guys . ps which tuner would you guys recomend?

Either get a diablo or the superchips either one will work with your truck and will disable the mds. As far as mpg goes, from what I have read, there is little to no difference between mds on or off. For your truck since it has very little done to it I would go with the Superchips.

Talking Diablo Installed !!

Wow Ive had this tuner for about a month now and all i can say is wow! I have it set on 91 octane , havent tried the others yet , Does it get even better fuel milage on 87??

i have a 40 series and i love mine its only a yr old and the seams already rust color...but not rusted thru.....i love the sound but will buy a free-er flowing exh next....and if anyone needs info on exh set up pm 05DodgeRamHemi....hes tried em all....

Have him list all the mufflers that he has had with a detailed description of each and sticky it to prevent 90% of these threads LOL
