Default 4 You Leveled Folks for 03s Anyway...

Well I just leveled my 03 4x4 Hemi and come to find out my stock shocks are not tall enough and the ride is somewhat ruff. Anyway, I went to go align it this morning and they told me I would need a taller shock for them to be able to align it properly.

At any rate it is pretty rough finding shocks that will work. Most are for 6 inch lift kits. So I finally called a local lifting shop and they found the only shock that they and I could find and that is the superlift shock absorber.

Just in case you all needed it, the part number for the superlift shock absorber is 88480. You can buy them directly from them for just a little over $100 for the pair. Its meant for trucks lifted 0" to 2".

you can get shocks in most aftermarket brands from 0 to 8" of lift from 4wheel parts, and the cheaper ones are like $38 a peice.....just so ya know

Ya know I thought so too but I couldn't locate them anywhere online and our local off road motorsports store only found the superlift ones compatible.

The stock shocks were causing the knocking while driving as well.

The ready lift kit includes shock extensions to keep the stock shocks within their normal extension limit. I've been debating on how much lift I want. What do you think of the look and ride now that you've got it installed?

I really like the lifted leveled look. It makes it look meaner IMO of course, but I really enjoy the symmetry I get with it being leveled. I think the 2"" level was perfect for me. All the way up to 2" on the keys level it out perfectly or near perfectly with the rear.
