Welcome to the site. I would suggest Borla or Magnaflow for the cat-back exhaust and JBA for the exhaust headers. www.autotrucktoys.com and www.stylintrucks.com both have cools things for your truck,

Welcome to the forum, you would get better advise if you post ur question in this section of the forum.
https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen-ram-65/

There you will find others who have the same style of truck as yours. New member section is kinda just a area to say hello I'm new ext....
Far as exhaust I am a Magnaflow person, don't let anybody tell you that from one to another "leading manufacture" will give u a performance gain, just not so. When it comes to exhaust and we are talking about "leading manufactures" it is all about the sound. Header on the other hand will very far as performance, long tube is what u want to look for.

You removed all your chrome?
You know that stuff makes you go faster and have less aerodynamics.

lmao....j/k.

You may want to try and scuff and paint your bumpers b4 buying new one's. That chrome can be painted over. Just prep it right.
Check out Ebay for some cheap exhausts. u can click my sig for my sound clip. Flowmaster sound pretty badass, but it drones like a ****. My advice to you is buy a handheld programmer. Either Superchips or Diablosport. $3-$400 and is one of the best mods well spent for the MDS trucks as you can disable it. You WILL hate the MDS when you get a catback as it will sound like a drowning helicopter when it kicks in. Not to mention I got the same MPG's with it off and a 91oct Perf tune as i did with the stock tune. that's if you have a 5.7L hemi. if you've got a 4.7L, thenno mds to even worry about.
Also, the tranny features are amazing!
Forget about a CAI, get a tuner and a drop in filter for now. my .02

If I was you I would paint the stuff you already have. As far as an exhaust goes, get an electric cutout, it is the favorite setup that I have run up till this point.
