How is it ghetto? It's got a block under the springs and dual shocks for each side, the same as every other lift I have seen.

That truck has all the goodies already. The only thing i would complain about is he cheap'd out on the stereo >IMO... Jensen and Kicker Comps. For supposedly "going all out" he didn't go to far on those....lol (prob still got stock speakers???)
I can't believe how they have the intake tubing so close to the manifold like that. You think that Chrysler would have routed it away alittle more???

I liked this part.....This truck was put on the Dyno and I have all the stats available. It shows 512 horsepower at 1089 Lbs of Torque.

SOme guys aren't into treating their trucks like little honda civics. The big boys want power for towing/hauling and offroad recreation.
I gotta stick it to ya were it's due. That truck is nicer than BOTH of your trucks regardless of the rear suspension that is still better than the '09 1500 rear coil over that is FACTORY and the 1995 Dakota suspenion you've got going on.(what's back there stock or Monroe gasmatics??)lmao
Maybe he's got an ugly grill. The factory has ugly headlights. Maybe his suspension isn't top notch. Still better than my bouncy factory ride on my '08.
Bottom line, Everybody has their own quirks about what they would put into a vehicle. Doesn't make the ENTIRE ride not worth your while. Why not look at the positive of the truck, like how many man hours it takes to install all of that stuff or how much money the guys got into it.

No... I think your just mad that everybody doesnt like it as much as you. To begin with that truck is and obviously was never intended to pull anything or ever go off-road. Its all for show. That being said, I am sure the owner didnt put anything on himself, he probly paid somebody to do it all for him, like a shop. So the amount of hours put into it only = money, not much else.

I might drive it around a bit, but i wouldnt own it either, got my own truck of which is my own style, which isnt a giant useless 4x4.

Oh and I have seen nicer trucks than that one right here on this forum.

 

IFS doesn't bother me at all. My truck doesn't go off road and it handles great on road. Lifting a truck for looks is no different than putting a spoiler on a civic. Serves no real purpose. If you're going to lift a truck, do it right. If my truck were a 4 door i would have put a kore lift on it, but it's not. It's a 2 door and i don't like lifted 2 doors. Once it's paid off and I'm out of college, i will buy a new cummins, and lift it. This way i have a street truck, and a truck for off road.

Noooo, I'm not mad that you guys don;'t like it. I'm not a huge fan of it either, but it wouldn't take much to make it MINE by changing only a few minor things.

To say you HATE a truck that is the same make/model as yours is far fetched especially since it's got a stock paint job and doesn't look like a clown mobile.

If you day IFS doesn't bother you or it doesn't matter much about the suspension cuz your on road all the time.....Why does it matter now that your looking at another truck??? Maybe he never intended on going offroad same as you with your truck and Me with mine.

In the end. it's all speculative opinion.

I like my truck. if this truck was owned by someone on here, you would be saying sweet truck...OMG that's sick...etc Don't be 2 faced here. it's a nice truck that is worth a good chunk of change. Like triple what yours is worth and nearly double of what mine is worth. i'd take it just to sell it.....lol
